These eyes

To get his hair cut

We could have held out a little longer but it was getting to the point of being messy more than not so Daddy gave him his first haircut last week. I was surprised how well he sat during the process. Just a little was taken off the top and around the ears and I've noticed only a slight difference in how it looks but I can't help but feel a teeny bit sad that it'll never be completely baby hair anymore. Ah well, he's turning into quite the little boy whether we wait to cut his hair or not!

Sleepy feet

They're not quite the same age in this comparison but it goes to show I'm not that original!

Squishy faces

He fell asleep with a squishy face so I took pictures.Apparently it also happened with his elder brother at a similar age.

Snow Day

Picture dump... Today we finally had weather temperate enough that we could stay outside for most of the afternoon. It was also warm enough to bring the camera so we were able to get a pile of pictures of our snow piles before they are removed (possibly in the next week or so). We not only have the biggest snow fort on the block, we have the two biggest snow forts. Lucky boys!

Name games

This morning a friend of mine posted the link the the following website: Cheese or Font. It's a simple game in which you are given a name and you have to guess if it is of a cheese or a font. It's surprisingly hard but also fun. Looking at it led me to another similar game called Composer or Pasta? This one was easier for me (I actually knew most of the questions) but was just as fun. Makes me wonder who thinks of these things. Genius.

These are my birthday flowers but I think they can do double duty here. Such a bright spot in the middle of winter.
